    Felix Edil Rivera-Rodriguez, is charged with murder and three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance in the death of Alejandro Dominguez-Hernandez, 23, who was found Jan. 26 in the back seat of a car parked on Johnston Road. According to a criminal complaint filed in circuit court, stat police told Lexington police that a cooperating witness had a meeting with Rivera-Rodriguez, 20. During the meeting Rivera-Rodriguez admitted to the witness that he had shot and killed Dominguez-Hernandez after setting up a deal to buy cocaine.
