    Levelland police have released recent surveillance footage of what may show Jacob Wayne Duffee days after he was reported missing. On Wednesday, the Levelland Police Department released the footage on social media along with a statement that reports Duffee may have been sighted at about 5:30 p.m. at Market Street, 4425 19th St. on Oct. 8. "The male subject in white T-shirt in this video is believed to be the missing person we are trying to locate, Jacob Wayne Duffee," the release states.
