    Volunteers were working to help families in the community of Leupp after heavy rains caused muddy, flooded roads, Officials with the Northern Arizona chapter of the American Red Cross said. Families from five homes were unable to return to their houses for the next 24 to 48 hours because of the road conditions and were going to be housed in shelters until then, according to Red Cross officials.
