    Three people are each facing a marijuana violation after authorities found them smoking the drug while parked in a car on Village Drive in the Blackberry Village Condominium complex in Southeast, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. The accused, Michael A. Exteves Jr., 28, of the Bronx; Rita Leoni, 22, of 2802 Village Drive, Southeast; and Robert Lurcza, 27, of 1602 Eagles Ridge Road, Southeast, were arrested soon after Deputy Sheriff Kevin Radovich found them in possession of the drug about 8:45 p.m., Thursday, according to a statement from Sheriff's Office.
