    Carl Marion, 46, of Lehighton, has paid a total of $4,409 in fines and court costs after pleading guilty to fatally shooting a bald eagle April 22 near Andreas, on the Schuylkill/Carbon County line. A witness reported hearing a gunshot and then finding the injured eagle, which died shortly afterward, near Germans and Stone Mountain roads, said the state Game Commission.
