    Enforcement agents with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries on Monday located the body of a Port Barre man who was fishing Toledo Bend before apparently falling out of his boat. Agents say a witness saw Phillip LeBlanc, 71, fishing from the front deck of his boat in the Pirates Cove area of the 186,000-acre impoundment, but moments later, saw that the 21-foot vessel was unmanned.

    Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries agents Monday recovered the body of 71-year-old Phillip D. LeBlanc from the Pirates Cove area of Toledo Bend. The department, in a news release Tuesday, said LeBlanc's body has been turned over to the Sabine Parish Coroner's Office to determine a cause of death.

The body of Phillip D. LeBlanc was recovered around 6 p.m. after agents were called to the area at 4:30 after being notified of an unmanned boat, according to a press release.
