    A man previously convicted twice on sex offenses against 16-year-old girls was indicted on additional sexual offenses, a Rutherford County Sheriff's detective said David Wayne Comer Jr. , 36, of Lebanon was indicted for three counts of sexual battery, said arresting Detective Steve Craig . Comer was charged with having sexual contact on three different occasions over several months with another 16-year-old girl, the detective said.
