    The Lebanon City Council agreed to Lebanon Mayor Philip Craighead's proposition Tuesday to continue to provide curbside recycling service to residents who were left without the service after a longtime supplier closed shop in the area. Starting Monday, city workers will pick up the recyclable materials that Green Monster used to pick up, according to Craighead.
