    Authorities say a 42-year-old female inmate has died at the Linn County, Oregon, Jail in Albany of what is described as an apparent medical condition. The Oregonian reports that the county sheriff's office says jail staffers found Samantha Jeanne Robinson of Lebanon unresponsive early Monday morning during a routine hourly check.
