Littlespottedhorse, 55, who also is known by Brenda Gallas, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of wrongs to a minor for leaving the girl, believed to be 2 or 3 years old, at the park.

    An inmate at the Jefferson County Detention Facility has died, after he was reportedly found lying on the floor of his cell by a Sheriff's Deputy on Monday. Around 7:35 a.m. the Deputies found the inmate, 42-year-old, Timothy Baca, during a walk-through check of the module, according to Mark Techmeyer, spokesperson for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
