    The case of one of the two suspects accused of vandalizing more than half of the bus fleet for School of the Osage is scheduled to be back in the courtroom on Tuesday. Shane Sabourin of Lake Ozark was charged back in early April, 2016 with 18 class-C felony counts of tampering with a motor vehicle after, allegedly, slashing tires and breaking out windows on the buses.

The certified toxicology report released by the highway patrol, and dated May 17th, indicates Gary Prewitt had a blood alcohol content of zero-point-zero-one-one - well below the point-zero-eight to be considered intoxicated in Missouri.
