    Two Clare County men, each with aliases, have been charged with felony charges and misdemeanor charges of defrauding customers over a nearly two-year period. The two, James M. Paulick, 36, of Lake and Chad A. Michalsky, 33, of Farwell, were charged in Saginaw County November 24 with a criminal enterprise of defrauding tree-removal customers between May of 2012 and February of 2014, a felony that carries a maximum penalty of 20 years.
