Catherine Pansini, 34, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving in addition to nine motor vehicle summonses including careless driving and refusal to submit a breath sample. Around 10:30 p.m., Jefferson Township Police Department received several 911 calls regarding a vehicle traveling south on Route 15 North.
