    A 35-year-old lawyer from Latham faces driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest charges after allegedly driving the wrong way on the Northway over the weekend, according to State Police in Latham. Jay R. Werther was arrested after State Police responded to calls at 12:17 a.m. Sunday, reporting a motorist was traveling north in the southbound lanes near Exit 21 of the Northway in Lake George.
