    Lake Elsinore City Attorney Barbara Leibold filed an appeal Tuesday, April 19, that will continue the legal battle over a petition seeking a voter's initiative on a massive master-planned community in northern Lake Elsinore. The move came after Riverside County Superior Court Judge Gloria Trask on Friday ordered Leibold to comply with the requirement to issue a "title" and "summary" on the petition for the Alberhill Villages Initiative and gave her an April 19 deadline to comply.
