    A SWAT situation unfolded in Lafayette late Thursday night after a man wanted on warrants barricaded himself inside a home and threatened to shoot police. Lafayette police showed up to a home in the 100 block of South 28th Street around 11 p.m. Thursday to locate 34-year-old Keith Grove, who was wanted on four warrants.

    Four children died and two police officers were taken to the hospital by a medical helicopter after an early Monday morning house fire in Carroll County, according to the Indiana State Fire Marshal's Office. According to the Flora Police Department dispatch, the fire happened in the 100 block of East Columbia Street in Flora around 3:30 a.m. WLFI-TV in Lafayette was told by investigators the four children are described as "middle school aged/pre-teen."
