    A company that sued the Tippecanoe County commissioners over a proposed limestone quarry project along the Wabash River says it disagrees with a judge's ruling saying they acted legally when they passed an ordinance blocking it. The ordinance passed last year blocked a quarry planned near the town of Americus a few miles northeast of Lafayette.

WLFI-TV and the Journal and Courier reported Monday the court ruled in favor of the county on all counts in the case brought against them by Nashville, Tennessee-based Rogers Group Inc. over a quarry planned near the town of Americus a few miles northeast of Lafayette.
