Robert Bryan Mansfield, 60, is charged with a one-count indictment for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, said a press release from the South Carolina District of the United States Attorney's Office.

The suspect later retrieved a .22-caliber rifle from the trunk of a vehicle and pointed it at his father's head, threatening to shoot him, the report stated.

The woman also told deputies in a report she is trying to temporarily evict her daughter, who broke a window at the house trying to gain re-entry after she locked her daughter out.
