Collection bins will be available in the hospital cafeteria and the emergency department. People can donate pens, pencils, backpacks and all other school supplies. The donated items will be given to Lehigh Community Services and distributed to school children whose families are unable to provide supplies. * The Guadalupe Center of Immokalee is set to hold its 16th annual Back to School Shoes Program during the week of Aug. 11 at Snyderman's Shoes, 4910 Tamiami Trail N. in Naples. The program provides new shoes for children living at or below the poverty level. Children will be bussed to Snyderman's all week to pick out their shoes.
