In a 4-1 vote, with Councilwoman Terry Walker the lone voice of dissent, the panel overturned an April 28 Planning Commission ruling which stated the home and surrounding yard at 1204 Inverness Drive did not comply with prior iterations of an agreement, passed in a 2010 City Council resolution.
