    According to State Police, David J. Reimer, 22, of Kutztown was driving a 2015 Chrysler 200 north on Lyons Road when he lost control after attempting to pass another vehicle at about 8:44 pm Saturday. Police said after crossing into the southbound lane, a southbound vehicle forced Reimer to cross back into the northbound lane.
