    A Northampton County woman didn't go quietly during her arrest on theft charges at the Kutztown Folk Festival in Berks County, according to police. A jewelry design vendor at the festival reported Sunday afternoon that the woman, subsequently identified as Brandi Bossert, pocketed a bracelet from his booth without paying for it, police said.

Officials said they will reconstruct I-78 between Long Lane Road and approximately 1.2 miles west of Old Route 22, reconstructing the Krumsville/Kutztown interchange at Route 737 , replacing the Route 737 bridge over I-78, realigning the intersection of Route 737 and Zettlemoyer Road, and installing overhead sign structures on I-78.
