    Police have not identified the driver who was killed after the tractor-trailer flipped onto its passenger side and blocked both westbound lanes in Greenwich Township following the crash, according to state police in Hamburg. The crash occurred about 4:30 a.m. along Interstate 78 in Berks County after a car, driven by 43-year-old Gene Scholler, became disabled and partially blocked the left lane.
