    Merna J. Scarborough, 62, of Lexington, attempted a left turn at Route AA and Northwest 370th Road when she pulled into the southbound path of Mary J. Cotter, 61, of Kingsville, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Cotter struck Scarborough's vehicle and traveled off the west side of the roadway where she hit a fence and stopped in a field.

    Jarrett C. Noble, 18, of Kingsville, was driving west on Northwest 550th Road, just east of Northwest 2001st Road, with a passenger, Tony E. Allen, also of Kingsville, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Noble's vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree, injuring the driver and passenger.

    A Hamilton man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway after a vehicle accident at 9:20 p.m. Saturday in Pettis County. Tyler H. Alden, 28, was driving on Front Street, west of La Monte, when he failed to turn his vehicle off the road before it ended.

    Madison V. McDaniel, 16, of Pleasant Hill, was driving east on county Road 100, a quarter of a mile west of county Road 1821, when her vehicle traveled off the roadway, striking a fence and two trees, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. McDaniel and a passenger in her vehicle, Brenden A. Smith, 15, of Kingsville, were transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Children's Mercy Hospital.

    Justin L. Allee, 33, was traveling on state Route 138 east of 400th Road when a vehicle driven by an unknown driver traveling westbound traveled into the eastbound lane into the path of Allee's vehicle, striking the right side of his car, the driver of the unknown vehicle fled the scene according to a preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Allee, who was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, was transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment of minor injuries.

    According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Patricia K. Simmons, 73, of Chillhowee, was driving east on state Route VV at state Route 58 when she stopped at a stop sign. A vehicle driven by Erin L. Surritt, 23, of Centerview, attempted to turn westbound onto state Route VV and struck Simmons' vehicle.

    Two Blue Springs residents sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 11:05 a.m. Thursday in Johnson County. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Ronald E. Hickam, 72, of Kingsville, was driving west on U.S. Highway 50 at state Route W when he turned southbound in the intersection into the path of an eastbound vehicle driven by Kyle M. Luciano-Velez, 19. Luciano-Velez's vehicle struck Hickam's vehicle and towed unit.
