    A disturbance involving shots fired on Alvin Street in Kingsport leads to three drug arrests, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office. Police received the report Friday just after 6:30 p.m. and contacted the victim who stated he was going door-to-door on behalf of a local communications and Internet provider when a man came out of a home on Alvin Street and began yelling that he was trespassing.
