    Mai Vang Chang, 61, of Two Rivers, died as a result of the crash at the intersection of highways Q and KB. She was a passenger in a pickup truck headed north on Q. Just after 6:30 a.m., sheriff's officials say, the truck was stopped at a stop sign, but then pulled out in front of a pickup truck headed west.

    Authorities continue to investigate a vehicle crash in Kewaunee County that left one person dead and two others injured Thursday morning. The Kewaunee County Sheriff's Department and other agencies were called to the intersection of County Highway Q and County Highway KB around 6:36 a.m. to respond to a two vehicle crash.

    Last spring, several schools from the southwest part of the state opened eyes when they approached the WIAA about a multiplier in an effort to try to even the playing field with the end result being allowing more teams a chance to compete at the state level. The multiplier idea didn't last long, but Friday the Board of Control met to discuss a "success factor" that hopefully will achieve that goal.

Luxemburg Fire and Rescue were also dispatched for the treatment of the two drivers involved as well as to extricate one of the drivers from their vehicle.
