    The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles is considering whether to allow convicted murderer Edward E. Graf Jr. to remove a GPS tracking device from his ankle. Jason Clark, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, said parolees, including Graf, in the Super-Intensive Supervision Program are required to wear the ankle monitors, and those cases are required to be reviewed annually.
