The judge in August dismissed six of the seven proposed charges against Young that mostly related to a lawsuit he lost as a Hanford manager in October 2017.

    A former schools superintendent in western Colorado has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for trying to hire what he thought was a 13-year-old child as a prostitute. The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports Paul Rosier, a longtime educator who led School District 51 between 1989 and 1994, was sentenced Tuesday after previously pleading guilty in eastern Washington to attempted child-sex trafficking.
