    A Jeep Cherokee collided with the road grader just before 5:40 p.m. on the Kenai Spur Highway near its intersection with East Corral Avenue, said Soldotna Police Chief Peter Mlynarik. The driver, 25-year-old Nicholas Tuttle from Kenai, was then arrested for driving while intoxicated and for refusal to cooperate in a breath sample, Mylnarik said.

Troopers said in a Saturday dispatch that they stopped 39-year-old Charles Perry just after midnight Thursday, after observing moving violations involving his vehicle near Kalifornsky Beach Road's intersection with the Sterling Highway in the Kenai Peninsula community.
