They believe 50-year-old Richard Wayne Charlton of Harrisonburg was killed sometime between late Sunday night and early Monday morning. The case is being investigated as a homicide. Charlton was found in a trailer park on Layman Trestle Road. A suspect has not been named at this point. Comment?
