    Anglers on the two most popular rivers will be joined by gillnetters in the coming years after the Federal Subsistence Board on Thursday approved a proposal by the Ninilchik Tribal Council to allow subsistence fishing with the gear. The proposals, submitted by the Ninilchik Traditional Council, established a community set gillnet fishery which would use one net, 10 fathoms in length or about 60 feet, to be used.
