    This week, Leeward Coast drivers heading town-bound at night should expect some delays: Road work will close a stretch of the H-1 Freeway eastbound in Kapolei, officials say. The work, to relocate a water line, will close one lane between the Campbell Industrial Park/Barber's Point Harbor off-ramp and Farrington Highway overpass from 8:30 to 9 p.m., and then fully close the eastbound freeway there from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., according to the state's Department of Transportation.
