Executive Vice President of Acquisitions Mark Engstrom and Chairman and CEO Scott Peters told PBN in a recent meeting that although hospitals and doctors traditionally owned medical buildings, HTA focuses on medical real estate because of long-term stability.

The 180-room hotel, which would be the third hotel being planned for Oahu's "Second City," will include a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and meeting rooms, Evelyn Souza , chair of the Makakilo-Kapolei-Honokai Hale Neighborhood Board, confirmed to PBN.
