    At its December meeting, the Northeast Hamilton School Board acted to fund a dropout prevention program and voted to allow counseling services be made available to students and district families. In a vote of 4-0, with Board member Bruce Mark absent, Roxanne Anderson, Mike Rapp, Eric Patterson and Marlin Pruismann approved the increase to the Modified Allowable Growth in order to fund programs and services for dropout prevention.
