    Two people convicted of dealing drugs in the Lake Area will have several years to think about their crimes after being sentenced late last week in Miller County Circuit Court. Both Tammy Boyd and Jesse Gonzalez entered open guilty pleas in the separate cases meaning there were no agreements with the state on a disposition to the individual cases.

Reports indicate that 40-year-old Hubert Strickland faces a total of eight counts including Felony possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana and traffic related offenses.
