    A brush fire with plumes of smoke drifted within range of at least one Hawaiian Airlines flight waiting to take off at Kahului Airport on Maui Tuesday morning, causing coughing among several passengers. The flight took off to Honolulu without incident, but the blaze burned an estimated 7 acres near the Kahului heliport, authorities said.
