Manhattan Riley County Police say that in the eight o'clock hour Wednesday, 35-year-old Richard Thomas sent inappropriate images of a female in order to lure a Junction City man to a parking lot in the 300 block of N. 5th St. When that man arrived at the scene, Thomas threatened him with a firearm and damaged his vehicle with a blunt object.
