A small, emaciated dog who was found tied to a tree in the woods near Front Street and Martin Luther King Drive on June 15th is doing well and looking for a new home!!! Jonesville Chief of Police, Sklar Dore, received a call almost a month ago about a dog heard crying in the woods. Chief Dore arrived at the scene to find a frightened dog whose chain had been wrapped to a tree and padlocked to his collar. Comment?
Congressman Ralph Abraham, M.D., R-Alto, announced Tuesday that the Oak Grove and Jonesville airports will receive grant funding from the Federal Aviation Administration.
