All six of those counts are Class X Felonies.

    On Tuesday night the Joliet City Council voted down an intergovernmental agreement with the Rialto Square Theatre in which the City would have advanced money to struggling theatre in exchange for allowing the City Inspector General to investigate the Rialto's finances. The agreement, which Joliet Mayor Bob O'Dekirk said was a necessity in order for the theatre to keep it's doors open in the future, was voted down by a 5-3 decision.
