The Johnson City Police Department arrested 24-year-old Mark Dakota Whitson on Tuesday and charged him with aggravated burglary, theft of property over $10,000 and fraudulent use of a credit card. According to police, a burglary report was filed of various stolen items along with car keys on May 6. The victims then said their car was missing from a parking lot.
