Ashland County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Carl Richert said the three boys were playing outside behind the school when a man dressed in a white T-shirt, tan shorts, a ballcap and a ponytail grunted at them.

    At around 5 p.m. Friday, Jeromesville Fire Department and EMS responded to a 1999 Admiral 32-foot motorhome blowing a rear tire and catching fire on Ohio 89 near Mohican Township Road 2252 and Ohio 95. Mutual aid was provided by Hayesville Fire Department with a water tanker. The Ashland County Sheriff's Office responded and assisted with traffic control.
