Joseph Koch was arraigned today before Nassau County Court Judge Anthony Paradiso on the following added grand jury charges: Koch was arrested by DA investigators and charged on Aug. 30, 2012 with three counts of Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, and Scheme to Defraud in the 1st Degree .
