    A Jericho man is facing charges that he sent Nassau County police to his neighbor's home on four occasions on bogus reports of hearing shots fired or a woman screaming, authorities said. Lawrence Michlin, 45, of Friendly Lane, called 911 to falsely report emergency calls at another home on the street beginning in March, police said.
