    A 1-year-old girl suffered second-degree burns in a fire suspected to be caused by a cellphone left charging on a bed overnight, according to the Louisiana State Fire Marshal's Office. Detectives have not determined the cause of the fire, which occurred around 1 a.m. Thursday at a home on Church Street in Jeanerette, but have not ruled out "electrical malfunction due to a cellphone charging," the State Fire Marshal's Office said in a news release.
