    Four months after being charged with having molested a girl, a Jasper man is again charged in connection to a sexual crime against a child. According to an arrest affidavit, a Jasper County Sheriff's deputy spoke with a mother on July 7. The mother said she was at home with her 15-year-old daughter when her phone rang on two separate occasions, so she asked her daughter who it was and she told her it was "some guy."

Land's Mega Millions ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn, but it didn't match the Mega Ball number for that particular drawing. As a result, Land won more than $ 2 million.

Theodora Michelle Fowler, 37, of Jasper, was booked into the Jasper County jail on a state-jail felony tampering with government records to defraud or harm charge, a Class misdemeanor theft between $750 and $2,500 charge, a Class A misdemeanor misapplication of fiduciary property charge, and a Class A misdemeanor computer security breach charge.

Joseph "Jody" Dan Sandefer, of Jasper, was booked in to the Jasper County Jail on a second-degree endangering a child - placing in imminent danger charge and a Class A misdemeanor assaulting causing bodily injury charge.

Sabine County District Attorney Kevin Dutton said Tuesday that Matthew Hudson's original charge was first-degree murder.
