    A grand jury in Chautauqua County has indicted a city woman on a second-degree murder charge in the stabbing death of her brother on Aug. 14, Jamestown police reported Tuesday. Barbara J. Redeye, 23, is in the Chautauqua County Jail on $1 million cash or $2 million property bond in the death of Dale Redeye, 36.
