    ITHACA, N.Y. Two people have been arrested following an investigation into a burglary that happened on June 9. According to the Ithaca Police Department, officers responded to a commercial business in the 400 block of Franklin Street regarding a burglary that happened on the night of June 9. Officers determined a rock was thrown through the window and multiple electronics and other items were stolen from within the store. During the investigation, police determined the two suspects in the case were 35-year-old Matthew Booker and 47-year-old Maurice Marshall.

According to police, officers spoke to a victim who said he was delivering food when a man approached him on the sidewalk on July 5. The victim, afraid for his safety, gave the suspect his money and the suspect fled on foot Northbound on South Geneva Street.
