The game was played on Tuesday, December 26. With the Wildcats training 2-0, Adam Hanson scored 4:15 into the second period, assisted by David Kimlinger and Jonny Bodell, to cut the deficit to one.

George was born January 14, 1933 on the family farm south of North Branch, in Lent Township, the fourth and youngest child of Claude and Lillie Anderson.

    The City of North Branch should be feeling some optimism with the announcement last week that North Branch has qualified for substantial funding for two projects awarded through Minnesota Housing. Cherokee Place off 400th Street and Willow Grove, on undeveloped land near 14th Avenue, will be sites for 68 units in North Branch for addressing lack of available affordable, workforce housing with the Cherokee Place homes, and for providing housing for people living with managed mental illness, in the Willow Grove apartment development.
