Iowa State Patrol says a car was driving in the wrong lane on 380 when it hit another car around 3:40 a.m. Iowa State Patrol says 21-year-old Jordan David Dietrich of Victor was driving southbound in the northbound lane on 380, when he lost control going onto the east shoulder, crashing into another car.
