    SAN BERNARDINO >> The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians contributed $150,000 to the Blue Cut fire Relief Fund, the United Way announced Friday. This donation, along with contributions from Southern California Edison, The California Endowment, and Tesoro Southern California on behalf of its ARCO, USA Gasoline and Shell-branded gas stations throughout San Bernardino County, have brought the relief fund total to more than $380,000.
