    The Kutztown University Marching Unit has been chosen as one of 17 bands to appear in the 2015 Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade to be broadcast on ABC 6. The Kutztown University unit is one of only two bands from Pennsylvania in the parade and the only college band. KUMU is made up of 150 members in brass, percussion and color guard.
